hehe, yep! My dad’s house (aka my childhood house) has a lot of land, covered in trees, and a family of kangaroos that live there. They’re pretty used to us and let us get pretty close to them. We also have koalas, possums and the occasional echidna.
I saw a new doctor on Friday, and she’s put me on this new diet which is gluten free (this might be a permanent thing), no sugar, no caffeine, no preservatives, no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners and no salt. We went to the supermarket today and I was walking around and seeing all these things that I now can’t eat! It’s weirddddd.
We just went to the vet to drop off some of Bunny’s leftover medicines and a thank you card, because they sent us flowers on the day AND then a condolences card in the mail. I am seriously so impressed with these vets, they looked after us so well. The person who we spoke to today I hadn’t seen before, but she was lovely. Because the building doesn’t have walls that meet the ceiling, just kind of partitions between the rooms, the whole office could hear us both sobbing as she went to sleep. She said that she felt so bad for us and it was so obvious how much we loved our Bun. And I was like “oh, you heard us carrying on?”
I just had way too much fun discovering that with the Woolworths iPhone app you can actually scan barcodes of things in your pantry and it will add that item to your shopping list. It even makes a beep! Reliving the old check out chick days.
